This training program is intended to provide employees in general industry the skills necessary to identify, abate, avoid and prevent job-related hazards. The 10-hour course is broken down as: 6 hours covering mandatory topics, 2 hours worth of electives and 2 hours of optional -- meaning additional topics can be covered or discussion can expand on topics already covered. The training covers a variety of general industry safety and health hazards which a worker may encounter. This class is perfect for production employees, safety team members, area managers, and plant managers.
The 10-hour course is limited to a maximum of 40 students and a minimum of 3. And, is typically delivered over a minimum of two days -- 7 hours the first day and 3 hours the second day. Can't break your employees away from their work for that long? No problem -- we are happy to tailor your training for shorter time periods over more days.
